Room was rudimentary but adequate (still have the feeling of the springs from the discount mattress!) At check in, the staff said the booking was still "under review" and they couldn't check us in. Having expedia resend the confirmation email and showing them that, suddenly unlocked the check in. We were issued one key and discovered one...

"This flat was very conveniently located, right in the middle of the shopping district and close to the castle gardens and river walk to Lough Neagh and a 7 minute walk to the train station. There is a free parking lot about a 2 minute walk away, but it is confusing to access by car until you get a bead on how the roads intersect. There is a pay lot that is a bit closer and easier to drive to. Because of its location in a shopping/dining/nightlife area, it was quite noisy late at night and...

"We loved the apartment. Great location, spotlessly clean and really modern. Great communications from Dana. Breakfast was included and really excellent. The lady (with glasses) who served us was the friendliest, most helpful and efficient person who we have encountered on the entire trip. What an absolutely lovely person she is. Really loved our stay. Very highly recommended and great value for money. "
