"Great location and place! Bit warm in the rooms otherwise good"

"Small room for the price, no temperature control, WiFi password, or booklet to give overview of local services. No email as advertised to get in to the premises. Excellent on cleanliness, shower en suite. On main drag and loud on weekend nights with car and student traffic. Would I book it again - yes now that I know it, but I would want it at a lower rate. Bonus: Mocha Bean coffee shop with pastries and bread and beverages to please the palate right below, who gave me their WiFi password."

"Fairly convenient. But felt like I was staying at someone's home rather than a guest house if that makes sense - No signage out front or anything to identify it as a guest house.

"Allthough I booked bed and breakfast there was no breakfast available!!"
