"Great location- check in kid was a bit dopey and didn’t know anything about the parking situation across the street otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 so if you’re looking for an early start this might be at bit inconvenient as everywhere else we stayed in Ireland started at 7:00. Would recommend to stay here again "

"The owner of the B&B greeted us warmly at the door, showed us to our room, which was nice, clean and comfortable. She let us know what amenities were available to us, and showed us where they were. Breakfast was excellent, and the full Irish experience. I would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone staying in the Dublin area."

"Our stay at the Horse & the Hound was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. The food served in the restaurant was exceptional, and the room was clean, comfortable, & quiet. We especially appreciated Alan at the pub who made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. He recommended wonderful area sites and cafes and invited us to hear live Irish music in the pub the first night we were there. Because of his attention & care, the best days of our travels around Ireland were there in Wicklow...

"We had a good stay and the hotel is very fine and cozy. Our room was extremely cold, though, and some weird noises came from (perhaps the pipes?) at night. The breakfast is simple and nothing fancy. But a vegan breakfast was possible which was good. All in all and okay stay."

"The guesthouse was very charming as they haven’t changed much in years. All the staff were great especially Nicholas who was very personable. Beware of lots of stairs in the building. I for one loved being on the top floor. The neighborhood is a little messy and noisy on the street but that seems par for the course in most of the city. Many places to walk for food and there is a nice green park with a playground very near by. "

"Super friendly staff. Room was small but all I needed and the amenities were great. Only issue was noisy neighbours- not really the hotels fault but the thin walls meant I could hear everything and unfortunately was kept awake well past midnight. Excellent location and they stored my bags for me after checkout while I waited for my train!"

"We stayed in the panoramic room with a stunning view of the beach. We really enjoyed it. It's close to the Cliffs of Moher and this means you can visit the Cliffs either late or early in the day. This is a big advantage of staying here. Also you can have a nice meal at their restaurant."

"The Leeson Lodge was the perfect spot for my last day in Dublin visiting. Not only did I get impeccable service but the bus to the airport is literally at the doorstep of the Lodge. Highly Recommended!"
