"Beautiful little studio. Although small it is clean, comfortable and very inviting. Everything is in a good state of repair and nicely decorated. There is good off street parking. Our hostess was friendly and welcoming and the extras like fresh milk, homemade scones and butter and jam were a lovely touch, thankyou."

"It appears to be a basement that’s been converted as an apartment. Spacious living room and the 2 bed bedroom. The kitchen is a bit tight and the single bed bedroom is tight and no closet. Frosty glass window that’s next to the window with no curtains or blinds to filter out the light unfortunately. The window the bedroom did not open as there was a plug in air freshener that was a bit over powering when we arrived. Tried to open the window to air it out but couldn’t. The footsteps are well...

"Owner is very friendly and there is beautiful garden which we can walk around."

"Wow! What a lovely welcome with snacks being left and plenty of options for breakfast, milk in fridge. I travel for work nearly every week and this exceeded my expectations. If I’m ever in the area again I will 100% stay again. "

"Lovely place, and perfect for needs of my trip. Nice to meet Marty, Andy and Rico. (Alpacas)"

"It was okay, but didn’t really feel it lived up to the photos. The dog next door was barking nearly all the time we were there and the shower kept blocking."

"Excellent property very clean and location"

"Stayed one night a group of 4 girls. Great location. Room clean. Nice little touch of leaving milk, water and tea coffee facilities. Would stay again. "

"Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city."

"Was not as advertised. Mold in the shower, broken cabinet in bathroom, mold on carpet, stains on bed sheets. Just not livable. Had to get a last minute hotel reservation."

"It felt like we were staying in a bachelor pad. There was mold in the bathroom and the linens and towels were nubby and stained. We were unable to get hot water and checked out a day early."
