"Got a great deal for a 1 night stay. On arrival we found the staff were friendly and the room was tidy and clean. It was a Saturday night and the place was very busy/lively and the room was far enough away that it was quiet for a night's rest. Enjoyed cooked breakfast in the morning. A substantial fry was on offer with plenty of coffee and orange juice. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend!"

"Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. "The owner Julianna was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. The interior of the property is amazing, in fact it’s jaw dropping. Even her lovely cuddly dog (bear) will give you a warm welcome. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely terrific night at the Castle. Could not have been made feel any more welcome. Breakfasy was really lovely but please repaint room no 6 as it reeks of stale smoke."

"Stayed 2 nights, a lovely, gracious older home. Our room looked out on their beautiful, well kept grounds, with flowers and mature trees. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfasts were excellent. We enjoyed our conversations with the hosts and appreciated their help in providing information about the area and things to do. Not too far to drive to a good selection of restaurants."

"Name has changed to Canavan’s, (an Ireland icon in soccer) Staff was extremely helpful with local information. Room was big, It is a small, very rural community, and they were very much a part of that community. The food in the restaurant was great, Room was nice. Housekeeping was very helpful. Felt very much like a family. Very reasonably priced that included breakfast. "
