"The room was very clean and conveniently located. The TV remote didn’t work but we didn’t need the TV. The outlet under the window didn’t work but we improvised. It would have been nice to have at least 2 chairs in the room so one person didn’t have to sit on the bed. The communication was prompt between myself and management. We will definitely stay again."

"The fact that we need to purchase better wi-fi in various amounts is ridiculous. And if you don't decide on one of those charges, there is no way to get to that prompt again. We tried on all of our devices. Why not just get better internet? "

"If all your looking for is a bed, then this place is ok (way over priced for what it is) but if you want a cup of coffee your out of luck, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a box of kleenex. Up side there is a Gentlemen Club right next door."

"The breakfast was at best disappointing. The offerings of sausage, eggs, and bacon all seemed to be soy based fakes. The muffins were like rubber and the selections were at best limited. Not what I expected from a Hilton property. The room itself was OK but lacked maintenance. The drain on the shower backed up and almost overflowed after a short shower. A bit of a disappointment."

"Nice hotel with a convenient location. The trail is really nice. The price was reasonable and the staff, especially the front desk, were great! The parking was easy. Gym and pool were very nice. Hot tub was out of order. I am not sure if it was busier than usual due to sporting events and holiday, but room cleaning often came very late (after 5pm) and cleanings varied from day to day. Some small items like water and coffee in the lobby would be easy, nice touches. "

"This property had generally good reviews. The manager was helpfull and friendly, however the property is outdated. stuck somewhere aroind 1960 I would say. Location is good."

"Safety Harbor is a wonderful spa with all the amenities you would want. However, as a person with mobility problems there are a few issues. There is too much walking with long hallways with ramps that lead to various areas of the building and are difficult to navigate. If you're not lucky enough to get a handicapped designated parking spot the walk into the building is also long. The hot tub water was very hot, a little too hot for me. The jets were strong so strong I began to float and people...

"Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again."

"From the moment we arrived we were treated well . Employees know how to take care of customer needs. My wife and I had a beautiful room with a great view. The room was continually cleaned and refreshed. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant delightful . We will definitely be back. Thank you Opal Sands management and staff! "
