"Very simple breakfast and it’s to get you started for the day, nothing fancy. Staff was very helpful to us when we got there at 3;00 AM in the morning, Alex was a very big help to us and very friendly person. Will stay here again. "

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"The grounds were beautifully kept up. The round "reading" gazebos were wonderful. As were the hanging chairs. The lodge we stayed in was also neat and tidy. However the TV/Cable didnt want to work after 9:30pm. Also after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. It took a long time for the water to go down the drain."

"I’ll start with the staff - the best, most friendly staff I have ever encountered! As for the hotel, dated; slow old elevators, gym with minimum equipment, feel was old. The room had 2 double beds but was way too small for the configuration. There was no room to walk on either side f either bed. Very disappointing for the price."

"Showers sucked. iPads were a neat idea but were annoying. AC didn’t work. Pillows were not great woke up every day with a messed up neck."

"What a great hotel! We arrived in Seattle early and the hotel stored our bags so we could go and see the sights. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Loved the decor which tried to fit the atmosphere of the early 1900’s when the building was originally constructed. Breakfast included and was delicious. Enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar. Room was immaculate. So glad we chose to stay here!"

"Staff were really good! Checked me in right away and got me an extra blanket when requested. The on-site Asian restaurant is a nice touch as its not the typical greasy spoon. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!"

"Fabulous hotel! Beautiful Northwest style & vibe. Front desk staff were super nice & helpful. Valet was efficient & speedy. Room was cozy & clean. Shower amazing & soaps/lotions provided by the hotel smelled comforting and refreshing. Bed beyond comfortable & great pillows. 10/10 will definitely be making the Populus our go to stay while in the city. "

"This Wyndham wasn't quite up to the usual Wyndham standard. Hallways were dark and carpet stained. The mirror and framed prints in my room were splattered (champagne?). There was leftover food in the refrigerator and the washing machine unit in the room was broken."

"Overall experience was good. Room was nice and had a decent amount of space for being a smaller room.The toilet however, is in its own small area and when I shut the door I was trapped inside. If someone was traveling alone they would have to call the front desk for assistance…if you don’t have your phone with you…good luck. The shower is also next to the door with no privacy to get undressed."
