"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"Ideally located with terrific staff. During our stay we had a toilet issue and the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes! Coffee in the lobby. Muffins or fruit would have been nice. Nespresso machine is terrible coffee. Save your money and invest in some breakfast items. Very walkable area of the city. Would go back there in a heartbeat!"

"Great place to stay. Awesome, very friendly staff. Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle are only a few blocks away. Very easy to walk to a game or concert at Climate Pledge Arena. Lots of restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance. My wife and I have stayed at The Mediterranean many times and have never been disappointed."

"The grounds were beautifully kept up. The round "reading" gazebos were wonderful. As were the hanging chairs. The lodge we stayed in was also neat and tidy. However the TV/Cable didnt want to work after 9:30pm. Also after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. It took a long time for the water to go down the drain."

"It’s hard to find a hotel (especially in the Seattle area) with pricing under $200. I was impressed that I wasn’t charged hidden fees like extra for parking. A pleasant surprise! They also really catered to airport travelers and has a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. It conveniently has a restaurant in the parking lot that was open until midnight, which was delicious (and the hotel gave us a $10 off coupon to use). Our room seemed really clean. However, when I was waiting for our room to get ready, the Indian girl in the front made a huge attitude with me about using the bathroom downstairs! She has no sense of how to be with paying customers!"

"Staff were really good! Checked me in right away and got me an extra blanket when requested. The on-site Asian restaurant is a nice touch as its not the typical greasy spoon. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!"
