"The room was very clean, staff very friendly, but it’s just not what I’m used to. If you want a higher end hotel, this is not it. It’s not a fleabag, don’t get me wrong. The room smelled like an old hotel. Don’t know how to describe it any better than that. The room was tiny. The parking lot was on a different block, there was no security, and the spaces were very narrow. I worried about my car getting dinged up. "

"The staff was not overly friendly. The hotel had minimal amenities. It is very noisy. The bed was comfortable. It appears there are long term renters staying at the hotel. We were woken up at 5am due to people yelling and cussing in the room next to us. I called the front desk but the commotion continued for an hour and half. You also have to pay to park. There are no other options to park near the hotel."

"Dirty, towels didn’t look washed as they had stains all over, tv didn’t work, bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I never leave negative reviews but I Wouldn’t recommend. "

"I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the air temperature control, the fridge and microwave and hotwater/coffee maker in the room, good wifi, the quality of the complementary breakfast. Re the breakfast - loved that they had whole fruit : apples, bananas, oranges, unsweetened oatmeal, and hardboiled eggs. Would have liked to see plain yogurt (they offer two flavors of heavily sweetened) - and would have preferred it if the hb eggs were in their shells...would...

"Showers sucked. iPads were a neat idea but were annoying. AC didn’t work. Pillows were not great woke up every day with a messed up neck."

"Great hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Great food at the restaurant . The grounds are beautiful. Loved our room with the large windows of the beautiful outdoor area. Will absolutely stay here again next visit! Plus- it's a short ride to the airport and they have a 24 hour shuttle service."

"We stayed two nights. they assign us a room on 5th floor which the building chiller was in front of its window. we could not sleep because of the sound of chiller which is like jet engine. Then we use the water dispenser on 5th floor to fill up our bottle, the water was so contaminted that whitin an hour or two, we got diarreah. Fortunately since we arrived late, we knew it was caused by water since we did not eat anythingelse. we report to the front desk and they assign aus another room on the...
