"We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! "

"4 hours to check in. Had to wait in lobby with two young children. We had a reservation for weeks, but they had nothing available. Someone threw up in pool area and possibly in pool. All they did is run a wet mop and call it good. We did not use pool area. Would like a refund from Expedia."

"Plenty of parking, clean rooms, clean (unheated) pool with good hours of operation (10-10). Small game room with claw machine, racing game, pinball and pacman- foosball and air hockey tables near pool. No breakfast or workout room. Staff was helpful, our toilet had an issue flushing and they fixed this in a timely manner. Would stay again "

"It wasn’t horrible, but it was far from great. The rooms were unkept. Surfaces not wiped completely, some weird liquid stain on the wall by the bed & floors that were definitely not mopped, maybe(??) swept… The restaurant being closed was pretty disappointing, especially since breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay, if I’m not mistaken. A heads up during booking would have been greatly appreciated. Either way, a little less focus on the “already gorgeous” (as stated by an employee)...

"The rooms were clean, and it was fine overall; however I was very turned off by the signs all over the lobby telling guest that if they took breakfast food up to their rooms they would be charged $15/person. Also the shower pressure was awful."

"VERY VERY VERY CLEAN HOTEL! Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Great staff and great location. Only issue we had and it’s not even an issue but the carpet was pulling and frayed in the room where it met the tile but really a nuance kind of thing. Will absolutely stay there again!"

"The pool was nice. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The hotel was pretty run down with worn carpeting. In our room, the carpeting was newer. The room had been painted recently, but there were paint runs and spatters. The toilet seat was broken and the shampoo container was broken off the shower wall. There was a faint unpleasant odor in the room."
