"I hate giving bad reviews! When I 1st arrived, was ignored so my husband had to finish the check in for me. He was giving only 1 key card for 2 ppl which later caused a major problem. and made sure I mentioned that he doesn't even get out the car, I'm just picking someone up. I wanted to make sure that it was communicated that my small dog didn't even get out the car or anything, which still seem like an issue. The final straw was on the 3rd night when when my niece wasn't there and she had the only room card key. The male working that night, possibly owner son, told me I needed to give him the key, kept questioning where was she, whats her name and kept insisting that I gave him the other card key, that I didn't have. I told him, I am the one on the reservation, only had 1, she's with her mom further away. He continued to be argumentative so I just called my husband and told him I couldn't take it anymore. Finally he handed me 2 room card keys but I was so upset I just got the 2 keys and didnt even stay there. Called hotel.com about the issue that I couldn't take it anymore and had to get another room for the last night. Because it was after hours had to wait. My husband went before 11 to see and we did get credit for last night and booked somewhere else! Beds uncomfortable, rooms outdated, TV glitch"
