"The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t keep up well, and the room was warm until the middle of the night. The bed and pillows are also some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. The pillows were extremely flat and the bed had no cushion. If I had drove versus flying and could take it home, I would have bought a pillow at the store. Highly recommend if you prefer not to sleep flat."
"They were very accommodating to me arriving early i called ahead of time to ensure and checking out a little later so my baby boy could enjoy the pool , the young lady at the front desk was so sweet i wish i remembered her name she was very pleasant being that I'm young as well customer service goes a long way the same attitude she gave me over the phone was even better in person when i checked in and out"
"I genuinely don’t have enough characters to articulate how frustrating of a stay this was. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff are ALL incompetent.
Let’s start with the reservation. I made the reservation online. Called to confirm. Employee 1 &2 could not find it and told me I did not have a reservation. Employee 3 found it. I had to call 3 separate times to confirm this information.

"The staff was nice and the room was spacious. Breakfast and coffee were great. The lemon water out at check-in was nice. I could hear my neighbors easily and the room smelled like wet dog a little."
"Clean room, friendly staff, enjoyed the breakfast offerings. The water pressure is going to be missed. Only complaint is where my room was in the back of the building faces a busy highway and the second night I stayed there it was very loud throughout the night due to blasting music and various loud cars. I know that’s not the hotels fault but I reccomending asking for a front facing room if possible."
