"The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days."

"The bad review is due to no shuttle. My travel plan was to arrive on Sat, return my rental car, then take the shuttle early to the airport on Sun. I was told the shuttle was not running due to driver illness. No backup driver available in the entire DFW metroplex? And the person at the front desk was so unsure of themself that I didn’t trust the offer of Lyft rides paid for by the hotel. The extra day rental cost nearly as much as the lodging fee."

"They seem to be understaffed. My room was cleaned 3 times and yet, there was still small pieces of paper on the floor next to my bed. I wondered how thoroughly they vacuumed. The concierge on my fist day seemed to be too distracted to assist a pal of mine and another day, a different concierge seemed a bit apathetic. Everybody has a bad day. I don't think it was common behavior there."

"The staff was amazing. Kendall, Melissa and Valerie made our stay wonderful! We kept our anniversary celebration close to home this year while caring for parents recovering with us."

"Don’t stay here. The place is disgusting. When I got out of the shower, I went to dry myself off with the towel… I got a free human hair fur coat bc there was so much human hair on the towel. It was nasty. The hotel is old and outdated. Gross. Smells. Rude staff. Understaffed. The location is fine. Spend the extra $50/night and stay somewhere else. "

"Really nice suites hotel very close to DFW airport. Room was huge. Fried/freezer, microwave, small kitchenette. Coffee machine. Comfy bed. Coffee, tea and filtered water freely available in the foyer. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, great service. Complimentary breakfast. Great location for visiting the sites in the DFW area. There is no bar or restaurant here, however there are plenty nearby to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again."
