"A very lovely stay and our third year in a row visiting this property. We love the location and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I’d say is that the prices have gone up a fair amount. The service is great and the staff are friendly. The food is incredible. Every meal was very good. Room was clean and the check in was fast and efficient. They upgraded us to a king bed which was really nice."

"Great location in Richmond by the airport with free shuttle service. Rooms were well kept and great reliable maid service. Fun themes for the rooms with upscale amenities. Pool was nice and warm - we swam in the evenings. Close to Richmond night market. Room for improvement: ice machines and better pillows (too firm and high), more frequent pool cleaning, more inviting and fresh smelling lobby"

"The views from the hotel are spectacular! Two things for consideration -music is not necessary in the dining room. It would be nice to be offered a complimentary bowl of chips or nots with a cocktail."
