La propiedad y las instalaciones en general son muy buenas, únicamente que está un poco apartado del centro y de las playas, por lo que debes rentar un vehículo, bien sea un coche o una moto, ya que caminando es imposible. Otra cosa que debes considerar, es que para el servicio de limpieza debes avisar antes, así que prográmate bien. Jorge, es bastante amable y muy comunicativo, te ayuda con la renta de vehículos, tours, atenciones etc. En general, vale la pena para unas buenas vacaciones si lo que buscas es descansar y silencio, si te gusta la rumba o un ambiente más movido, mejor quédate en el centro.

Éste hotel es ideal para estar en la alberca, pasear por la zona y hasta para ir a la playa!, Josué nos ayudó en todo momento para hacer de nuestra estancia muy cómoda, el es muy amigable y amable, nos recomendó lugares y actividades en la isla. Las habitaciones son tal cual las fotos. Muy recomendable y si regresaremos!, Saludos Josue y gracias por todo!

El hotel está en una zona nueva de Cozumel. Muy cerca de un centro comercial, puedes llegar caminando. Josue es un increíble anfitrión!! Nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas y nos recomendó muchos lugares y actividades. Sin duda regresaremos pronto y lo recomendamos muchísimo.
