"Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching."

Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform. The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....

"We booked two nights here but one night would have been sufficient. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the views are fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was dated and the entire resort has seen better days. Dinner was a mixed bag; the salmon main was delicious but the pork belly was all fat and the vegetables overcooked. We ate out on our second night. We had breakfast included and it was mediocre at best. The pastries were stale and the continental selections were...

"I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard...
