"The room was clean for the most part except for the bathroom shower had some hair. The property could also use some maintenance and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. "

"Stayed at this hotel for anmixnof business and mini getaway. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee maker. All in excellent condition. Breakfast was included and was better than many places I have stayed in. There was ample and small changes daily along with the staples. Nothing to complain about and the coffee was excellent. Note coffee was available 24/7. Overall the property is in spectacular condition. Anyone that thinks differently is just wanting high-end desires on a low budget. Congratulation to the Best Western for excellent amenities and room sizes, for a decent budget friendly price band. Location was what I needed and I even walked to and from the mall (about 25 min walk if you're average speed) and Grand Ole Opry a few times. I enjoyed the walk and got to see more of the area because I wasn't rushing in a car. 100% recommend "

"Overall very nice property. Our original room had several ladybugs in it. When staff was notified they immediately moved us to another room with zero issue. The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming and overall wonderful. Specifically Mark and Bryan. "
