Khách sạn Craggan , Grantown-on-Spey

"Great experience staying at the hotel, food was excellent and staff friendly."

"The Ben Morh hotel is a beautiful old building with a lot of character."

"A convenient place to get our heads down for the night. Nothing fancy, bedding was clean although public spaces could have been cleaner (stairs in particular). If we were to stay again we’d probably pay more for a better room/location. Our room on the first floor was noisy, from creaky floor boards, people outside the hotel, people underneath in the lounge area, people going up and down the stairs and letting doors slam. You can accept that for a while but not just after 3am when inconsiderate...

"Personeel is super! Ontbijt was goed. Het restaurant is een aanrader."

"There was nothing the room was dirty , Breakfast was cold and disgusting, your evening meal if your eating there you will have to wait at least 30 minutes and when it does arrive its cold , would not recommend this, as you don't get the room you booked online."

"Excellent 2 night stay at this family friendly hotel in October with our two grandkids. Only negative was the pool having to close for a deep clean on one night of our stay so our grandkids missed out on the pool disco, however I am sure this was required for health and safety reasons."

"This was a lovely little hotel attached to a cute, cozy pub. Our room was nice - spacious and clean, with a private bath. The staff were welcoming and wonderful and the food was amazing. The traditional Scottish breakfast - made to order - was superb. If we ever come back to Scotland, we will be sure to stop here again."

"Clean and friendly staff"

"Check in staff was excellent. The common areas were visibly dirty - not vacuumed/smudged on surfaces/food and drinks left on tables and chairs. Our room was terrible - very small and smelly. Was not serviced either."

"Clean modern room. I liked that there was a small kitchenette included. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the train station/ bus stops. A fantastic stay while in Aviemore."

"Collin et Sara sont des hôtes exceptionnels, ils ont été capable de répondre à tous nos besoins et sont allés au delà de ce qui est attendu. On se sentait chez nous, le lit était confortable et l’atmosphère avec les foyers était feutrée et très agréable."

"no fuss booking, check-in and stay."

"Very comfortable stay. Helpful and courteous staff."

"The pool is only open till 6 PM, and the town surrounding closes down around 5:30 PM. Nearby is fantastic for touring. We did the falconry and loved it."

"It is basic but comfortable motel with no facilities that suited us as we had all meals elsewhere. The EV charger on site proved very useful."
