"Well maintained property. Beyond friendly staff. Clean room. Enjoyable breakfast and coffee out all day."

"The staff are wonderful here. The outdoor pool was closed because it was cold in March when we were there. They had an indoor pool which was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all though. It was a rough nights sleep for two nights here. We will not stay again unless they update some things and enforce the resort standards regarding what they allow their guests to do on the property. The rules are loose to say the least. I would want to stay there with my young children."

"Price is very good. Nice pool. Rooms are acceptable, but smells , so you'll need to put the a/c on high (bring a sweater). Let me say it this way, if you need a place to just sleep and want to save money, this is the place. If you want a place to socialize, think twice!"

"There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. "

"This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located."

"The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back."

"The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book."

"A good place for an affordable family vacation. Our suite was two floors and slept six. Full kitchen, two baths. The unit was very clean. The decor and a/c were dated, but worked. The plumbing was kind of cranky, ok but, should be replaced."

"Booking via a 3rd party hurt me in the end. When I arrived, I was immediately told my reservation had been moved to a sister hotel. I received no email or phone call as they stated when you book with a 3rd party, no contact information is provided to them. The first manager at the courtyard was rude! At the Residence Inn, they upgraded my room to a 2 bdrm suite for the inconvenience; however, as I was exiting the shower, the entire shower door came off the hinges and fell on me! This is a 20...
