"Dirty , noisy , people sleeping in the parking area, ac old and noisy , no elevator for upper floors! Stay out of that place. Scary too!"

"Upon arriving to the front desk I was greeted with a smile. Marty was very helpful and accommodating. The office was clean and inviting. He set us up in the perfect room, 2nd floor overlooking the pool. My only complaint was the smoker next door was outside a lot smoking and leaving his ashtray by the door. Our room was large and clean. The pool was very clean and refreshing after a hot day of golf and beach activities. The staff member Marty also gave us great recommendations for restaurants...

"This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located."

"Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️"

"I have a Tahoe; the parking is tight as there are many concrete columns in the parking area The electronic key failed to work twice, and I had to go back to the front desk each time for a new key"

"Rooms are dated. TV system terrible. Small screens, outdated guide, and poor picture. Rooms cleaned every 7 days not every day. Check in up a stairs. Extra charges for a lot. Resort charge of $15 per person per day, gets access to the pool."

"Room was updated, clean, staff was friendly. Room had robes and when we returned in the evening we had chocolates and the TV had the fireplace app on , which created a cozy feeling. Nice tables and chairs on porch area. Coffee available in the check in area. Very pleased for our overnight stay. Would recommend. "
