"Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum...

"The front desk staff and the restaurant staff, at The House, were wonderful! Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. There was a bit of wait for our key from valet after it was parked out front. However, that minor delay did not dampen the excellent experience we had during our one night stay."

"Was not told housekeeping services were evry other day and still got no service on the third day evev after requesting. Had to almost beg for clean towels and ran out of soap. "

"Cleaned and decent room. Didn’t like the area near by seems sketchy and scary specially for a female solo traveler. Staff were friendly and nice. I would booked it again for a budget stay/good deal."

"The non smoking room smelled so much cigarettes that my eyes burned and I had trouble sleeping through the night. Most of the room was clean except the bathroom toilet has cigarette ashes on the toilet lid. Residents were standing all out on the balcony. Was not the best experience. The check in out process was good and the hotel is located near nice eateries."

"First says non smoking. Burn mark on my tub, tried to watch TV it had a line across the middle. Tge room was 30 yards from the interstate. Omg put my bed on the side of the road. Not even worth the 65 I paid. Also soap in the shower was off the fall. You had to hold it and try and pump it. Nice people. Place was a one night pick up place. Don’t even try it"

"I will never stay here again. Toilet broken and clogged when we arrived. Flooded when they flushed it. Took them two hours to send maintenance and Clean up. No coffee after breakfast. Had to ask for towels 3 and 4 times each day. Put out a sign morning of July 4 to say there was no cleaning staff. They had the day off. Worst hotel stay of my life."
