The Reefs was clean overall. The room we got there were issues with the patio door and the glass shower door was leaking, hence water got into the bathroom area, don’t think the AC was serviced as it was not getting very cold at 68F. When sitting in the patio, there were old pipes etc in the gravel ...

The staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food is delicious, the infinity pool is heavenly as is the spa. I would love to come again and again. Just wish they offered complimentary breakfast.
