"This motel is one of those very old facilities (50's and 60's) that has been renovated somewhat. The staff was friendly, and parking is right in front of your unit. Typical of most rooms today, this one had a fridge, a microwave, and a work table. There is a small dining area for breakfast next to the check-in area which included cold cereals, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. There was also some pastries, yogurt, and of course, coffee. The premises have several friendly (outdoor) kitties hanging around that will follow you from room to the dining area (and back) hoping for a handout. The one thing that was a little negative was, when first opened, the room had a very musty odor. My son and grandson were a little vocal about that. However, once the A/C was on and had run for awhile, the odor dissipated. The staff could prevent this by simply running the A/C on low prior to guest check-in."
