"Breakfast was less than and they charged an additional fee of $8 per day for parking….. there was a hanger on the back of the bathroom door that held the blow dryer and it fell off the wall while I was trying to get the blow dryer out. The free breakfast sucked. The internet was out when we arrived and we went 2 days without keys to our door. The TV selection was poor too. We only had YouTube and Netflix as options."

"We stayed one night and were pleased with the quality of the hotel, the quick check and the cleanliness. Our room had 2 queen beds, a spacious bathroom and a separate sitting area with TV, kitchenette and dining space. We would recommend the hotel again. Our only compliant was not really a hotel issue but rather an issue with noisy guests running up and down the halls late into the night."

"The room was small, a tiny refrigerator, no microwave cheap bedding, I was there during the hurricane, hotel was without power when I woke up at 5:00am and never came on. No communication from management, no emergency lighting anywhere. I was on the 5th floor and the exit stairs had no lights either, I had to use my cellphone light to make it downstairs. It took me three trips to get my luggage downstairs and into my car. This was unacceptable, when I checked out at 8:00am the front desk person...

"Room and property was very clean and well maintained. Bed was uncomfortable, slept on loveseat most nights. On site food was mediocre. Hotel charges for parking minimum $20 for 15 hours, lazy river has no tubes, they sell them in the poorly stocked gift shop. Housekeeping staff was the most helpful and polite. Guest services/front desk were minimally helpful and failed to provide any assistance for the simplest requests. I would never pay the money to stay at those locations again. I would have...
