"very hard to locate originally/poor = hidden signage. Room clean but at bit dated. Parking safe and adequate. Staff was great = breakfast very good-many choices and
help was right on top as things needed to be refilled. Didn't use the bar or restaurant so I can't comment on them.
The pool was old and needed attention and was never in the sun.
Finally, this was the first time that I was a victim of theft in my own room -there was a
safe which I failed to use so I have to accept some of the...

"Inn is a lovely 20-room inn. Greeted and warmly treated by the innkeeper, who maintains the property very nicely. Room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for a night or two in St. Petersburg. Comfortable and clean. Added benefits include a light breakfast, and 5:00 social hour (free wine & beer). Downtown location near restaurants, pier, Trop Field, and others. Not sure I would want to roam around at night, but daytime is fine. Overall, a very nice inn with a personable, local,...

"Property location was good and for one night it was a good place to stay. It was very clean. The property is interesting. It a renovated old building so quarters are tight and not polished. The bathroom sink has a strange location and the step up to the toilet and shower took a couple of trips before we got used to it. But that is what makes it unique. I'd stay again for one night if I'm in that area but more than that I'd need more space."

"Cold AC. Showers are kinda a cool pod shape. Hot water. Rooms cleaned nicely during visit. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon days, coffee juice, toast, bagels and fruit. Also yogurt. They definitely try and it shows. Certainly a nice place at a very reasonable price. I stayed 5 days for work. When I allowed it, my room was cleaned and restocked. I felt safe here. And I actually never heard the aircraft even though at the end of a runway. I was on 3rd floor facing Highway. Surprisingly...
