"Our stay was excellent from start to finish. we arrived very early and left very late, and we were given a complementary room upgrade (with a phenomenal view of the F1 pit lane/Victory Parade square) and use of the facilties both before and after our stay! Some standouts: the friendly welcome and help with checkin/checkout requests from Ramiz and Rauf in the lobby, Yasin in the Lounge for whom nothing was too much trouble (and even helped me learn more Azerbaijani!), Itlik from the Sky Grill...

"Room was very spacious and clean. I loved my view from this corner room! I could see the flame towers too! Big bath tub with bath salt, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and hot cocoa. It was also easy to walk everywhere and there is a 24 hr grocery store within a 5 min walk. Super cute cafés nearby and easy to get a taxi too. I would definitely look to stay here next time I'm in Baku :) "
