"After 3 different rooms due to air conditioning and water pressure/temp, we did end up in a room but the water temp of the shower was hot then cold then hot then cold. We tried this location as an option for a Penn State graduation. I do not recommend. "

"The breakfast was good. Food was fresh and a nice selection. I got unlucky enough to have a bad room. I feel like my situation was isolated so don't let my experience stop you from staying here. My biggest complaint was the way the young man at the desk handled it. Issues arise and that is to be expected. My TV didn't work, phone didn't work, and sink didn't drain. I went down to breakfast and reported the issues to the young man at the front desk, and he simply said, "I'll notify maintenance". I went back to the room and played on my cell phone until it was time for me to leave (3 hours after breakfast). I spoke to the Lady Manager on duty on my way to my car, and told her that I sat in my room for 3 hours and Maintenance still hadn't been there. Turns out, the young man didn't do a thing! The Manager was very nice, apologized for the inconvenience and would take care of the issues with the room. It is because of the way she handled the situation that I gave the 4 stars and not 3 stars. "
