Khách sạn Criação Velha

"Very helpful staff, hotel is very clean and great views from the breakfast area and ocean facing rooms."

"Good location, parking included, breakfast was so so, though."

"Lovely property! Ana was great!"

"Everything was top notch!!!"

"This is an excellent place to stay! The amenities are fantastic, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They let my friend and me use the spa on our check-out day while we waited for our airport transfer, which was such a nice touch. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the rooms are spacious, and the outdoor pool is lovely. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Room was spacious and had a lovely ocean view. Property was clean and fresh. Convenient location. Would recommend! Staff was helpful and responsive through email with the check in process as I had arrived early before the room was ready."

"Every single staff member was warm and welcoming. The hotel is well-maintained and the room was very clean. The Japanese toilet in the room was a nice amenity, and toiletries were also available on the bathroom counter. The bed was comfortable and I like the different lighting options you can use. The pool was my favorite feature of the hotel. It's on the roof where you can also access the spa. The pool and hot tub are connected so you can easily switch from one to the other. It's a small,...

"Nice clean shared dorm room. Bit hot at night but OK with the windows open and AC was also working. Very central location - especially great if you’re diving. Also a large parking lot a few minutes away if you’re driving. Would recommend again"

"Nice rooms in an apartment like setting. Full kitchens. A few minor issues with room but contacts were helpful in resolving. Walkable to Marina areas with lots of bars/restaurants. Beach close as well. Open window and hear the waves."

"OK, aber nur ohne die geringsten Ansprüche."

"Bien situé et personnel très courtois. Petit déjeuner correct."

"This place was amazing! It’s right by the water, with the ferry literally at your doorstep. Waking up each morning was great, especially with the waterfront views of Faial. They have coffee available 24/7 and pastries in the morning, plus a few local shops nearby for food, delicious may I add! I stayed in the basement and it was great. The place was very clean, had a kitchen with plates and dishes, and I absolutely loved the terrace. Yes, you can hear the church bells since the place is...

"Had a very pleasant stay at Horta Bay. The rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable. Perfectly located near the ferry station and Peter´s Cafe, with a beautiful view of the Pico. Communication, check-in and service were flawless. I will return and would definitely recommend."

"I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!"
