"This is a small and cozy hotel has a breathtaking view of the area. It is a little off the beaten path allowing us to have peaceful rest. The owner was very lovely and friendly, doing everything from the cleaning to meal prep while we were there. This property is located at the top of a steep hill, and driving up it can be tricky if you are not used to it."

"A pousada tem uma localização muito boa para quem quer visitar o Morro do Elefante. Apesar de ficar um pouco afastada do centro de Capivari, em Campos do Jordão praticamente tudo é melhor resolvido de carro, então a distância não chega a ser um problema — de carro são cerca de 5 minutos até o centro. Os quartos são bem limpos, a água é aquecida e há aquecedor no quarto, embora seja necessário solicitar na recepção para ligá-lo. O café da manhã é muito bom e variado, com destaque para a tapioca...

"Heater and AC not worked properly.missing battery's on the remote controls for the heater. The breakfast was good. Hotel was in construction and 930am alot of noyse. Close to the downtown and parks and shopping."

"Beautiful location, great breakfast, roomy cabin , nice service. The cabin was the only 3 bdr available ; it had a few issues in process of being fixed after a storm but, the office offered us the option of moving to two 2 bdrm cabins . Nice stay overall , I will go there again. "

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
