Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service. "Great property 15 min outside of Orvieto. Incredible location with a spectacular view of the entire old city of Orvieto. They have a pool (for the hot months), they include breakfast and the personnel is extremely nice. Really a great place in Orvieto. "

"Eravamo nella strada per il sud e abbiamo fatto una tappa ad Orvieto e questo albergo è stata la scelta ideale! Vicinissimo all’uscita dall’autostrada, vicinissimo al centro di Orvieto. Parcheggio di fronte, vicino personale gentilissimo, colazione con un’ottima selezione di dolci, davvero meglio di tante pasticcerie. La camera era essenziale ma comoda. Solo il box doccia che era un po’ piccolino."

"One of our best stays in Italy so far! Super easy to get to from the airport, just pick up your rental car and go. We arrived after the sun had set, even in the dark it was easy to find. Absolutely lovely, just like the pictures! I will say of all the places we have been in Italy, this was the most authentic and real Italian stay. "Non all'altezza delle aspettative. Da una struttura del genere ( e dal relativo costo) ci si aspetta la cura del dettaglio e non solo. Il servizio ha fatto desiderare. La spa (di cui era comunque compresa solamente 1 ora) era fredda. Inoltre avevo precedentemente segnalato la mia celiachia e il fatto che avessi bisogno di colazione senza glutine.
