"The host Rita was very accommodating, there was one hiccup with housekeeping, and she took care of it within minutes. The apartment was spacious, well kept comfortable and in a Beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited."

" It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Francesca was super friendly and constantly in touch which made everything flow so well. She had a list of restaurants and map of the area. The B&B was in a good location for walking to the sites. I wish I had more time to stay there and I will definitely recommend it to anyone that is going to be in the area. "

"This place was perfectly adequate in every way. There are; however, train tracks right behind the property. Our toddler loved watching the trains, but it wasn’t exactly quiet. Parking was super easy and there’s a nice grocery store less than a 4”5 minute walk. Convenient to get to the train!"

It was not customer centric, and there was much more that couldn’t be done than we have experienced anywhere else. "One of our best stays in Italy so far! Super easy to get to from the airport, just pick up your rental car and go. We arrived after the sun had set, even in the dark it was easy to find. Absolutely lovely, just like the pictures! I will say of all the places we have been in Italy, this was the most authentic and real Italian stay. "We came for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for construction, surrounded by very unattractive bright orange fencing. Neither the hotel’s website nor Expedia mentioned that the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed. However, the property is cute and rustic. The restaurant is very good, the staff is pleasant, and the view is stunning."
