Woke in the morning to find blood on the sheets near my feet, pulled the sheets off the bed to find someone else's sock. Spoke to manager who complained about the property himself and fully reversed our money."

"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"Very Dirty entrance, there’s no staff this is not a hotel it’s a boarding house. Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone! "Was not able to stay there due to accommodations. It’s a good thing though. The place smelt like dog urine and looked run down. Still waiting on my refund and it’s been 5 days. "

"Comfy place to spend a day or two. Continental breakfast was very good (Coffee, bagels, muffins, instant oatmeal) Small fridge in the room came in handy. Bathroom shower head needed some maintenance/replacement but did the job. Able to control room temperature (heat worked well and so did AC during the day). Parking directly outside of our room."

"Telephone, desk lamp and chair were filthy; items were cleaned the next day. Also, stuffed chair and ottoman were stained. Only one was cloth and hand towel in the bathroom; this was also corrected the next day. I was disappointed by the room but was very satisfied by the response to my complaints by the staff."
