Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"This hotel is disappointing from a Hyatt Place standard. The hallways has an old, moldy smell. The cushions on my couch look dirty like it needs to be reupholstered. The couch itself was broken. The end that connect was warped and collapsed. The sleep was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel breakfast they offered was not good. Hard boiled eggs was really hard. The pineapple/cantaloupe mix tasted fermented. If you're wanting breakfast, head across the parking lot to Cracker...

Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt, no adjustment was made to my bill for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would contact me. I had to call the hotel five days later and Jason the manager is offering me 20% off my bill. That is unacceptable. I had to call you. If you had done so from the beginning, the possibility of accepting 20% would be higher. Stay away,...
