"Our room smelled like dirty rag. When we went in the window was a bit open which they knew the room stink. We still stayed since we had a long trip and we needed to get some rest. But when we left the next day, we let the receptionist know and he insisted that there was nothing on file and told him it don't matter, the room stinks and they need to get it checked out."

"Place was really not as it appears on the pictures. I got very bad bed it was broken, and it only one small towel, for two days, that's Insane. well the price wasn't even that good esther! BAD PLACE."

"Well maintained property. Room was ice cold at check in like 60 degrees. Got sick after the long 6 hour drive. When I called the front desk, they sent a male staff member to help with the clean up. I apologized to him, as I know it wasn't ideal or pleasant. He just looked at me and walked out. Could use some staff training for making staff feel comfortable and welcomed."

"I was extremely disappointed with The Rambler. It’s marketed as a fun, resort-style hotel near the beach with bikes and a vibrant atmosphere, but the reality is very different. It’s not near the beach- it’s close to a train station and industrial buildings, with very few walkable restaurants or attractions. Check-in was unpleasant. "The Motel Staff Gigi here is not mindful at all, shes really rude, very unhelpful, and so disrespectful. This place is not well kept. Very disorganized and third party could not get in touch with anyone here. It's not a place for people from out of town. It's a big party for people who do drugs & party. People are outside all hours of the night. That place don't sleep"
