Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Dunbar - Charleston
10/10 Excellent
"First off, Heather was an absolute doll to deal with, she was polite and professional while answering questions during check in. The entire hotel was neat and clean and cozy. The rooms were also clean and cozy and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was awesome too. 100 percent recommend this hotel for any travelers."
"This was an overnight travel stop for wife and I. Place was clean and comfortable with above average breakfast. Casino was fun although not our thing. Food was good Orlean Cafe"

8/10 Good
"Arrived after 11pm but clerk was very helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. USB ports are old and mostly damaged. Parts of room and bath felt like a renovation should be in the near future. Breakfast was good and filling. Thank you for service."
"The staff is amazing. The bar is small but well stocked with a friendly bartender.
Considering the name included Wyndham, I was surprised how out of date it was. We saw many damaged doors, ripped and stained carpets. The showers are hot with good water pressure."
"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was ok. The bedroom was much smaller than expected. The room could have been cleaned much better. I only saw one housekeeper during our stay, so maybe she is overwhelmed. The fridge didn’t appear to be wiped on the outside as there were fingerprints and food on it. The mirror in the bathroom and full length closet mirror were extremely dirty. My teenage son slept on the pull out couch. When he pulled it out, there was rust all over the mattress from the frame. Main bed was quite worn out on one side, but after I traded sides with my kid, I slept a bit better the second night. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked clean and well kept. Same with the exterior of the property. My sons enjoyed using the basketball court. We brought our own ball. Not sure if they have one to borrow. Breakfast was ok - nothing fancy… Just your basic motel breakfast. One thing I’d like to point out, is it seems as this hotel now has some contracts with construction and/or no road companies. There were a ton of male employees there for work. They would be sitting in their trucks at night, outside around the property, etc. I’m not easily intimidated, and had my 6ft teenage son with me, so I felt safe for the most part. However, this may be uncomfortable for some women, especially if traveling solo - so just a heads up. I would possibly consider staying again, but mainly due to the outdoor pool and basketball court."
"Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The room itself was dated. The mattress on the pull out couch was awful (wicked thin and the couch itself was broken so when pulled out, the mattress inclined backwards instead of flat.) Draw in the bathroom was broken, so couldn't access the hair dryer or extra toiletries housed in it."
