Khách sạn Crossgates , Cowdenbeath

"Staff were very helpful and the room was clean"

"Good central location for trains, buses and access to them. Just a short walk. Great buffet for breakfast."

"Recommend"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Rooms facing street very noisy late on especially at weekends when pubs and restaurants close. No double glazing to mask the noise. However building probably listed meaning owners restricted in what they can do. Maybe heavy curtains instead of thin blinds might help."

"Didn't love the order from your table and remember the number because when you're alone, your table is gone when you return."

"Excellent location"

"Highly recommend for who loves the Old Town vibe!"

"Superb."

"The rooms are spaceship-small, e.g. no chairs, only a bed that you can raise up like a chaise lounge. Great perhaps for students or backpacking,"

"check in customer service was excellent. clean room and breakfast was good"

"The Intercontinental in Edinburgh is imposing from the outside. Inside is loud and very busy, which was not a surprise. The first room we were taken to was on the first floor, dark, had a view of mechanical equipment and trash bins and was situated just above some sort of generator emitting a constant, very loud buzzing which would have made sleeping (or relaxing!) very difficult. The young man helping with our luggage immediately called the front desk. Our room was changed to the sixth floor...

"Outstanding from start to finish. A hotel with character and personality and a bar a restaurant providing excellent service."
