"Facility was fine and staff were friendly enough. But something was off. Right from the outset, another lady at the check-in desk was literally shouting and swearing about some complaint. Then discovered that in our room, no shampoo, no conditioner, almost no tissue paper. Breakfast there was no coffee, no eggs, no sausages, no pastry. Coffee arrive 10 minutes later, but still no cream. No milk for cereal."

"Clean room, receptionists were amazing! However, we had a little argument with one the valet men. We got in around 3pm, we dropped our vehicle for valet. When we wanted to leave, he asked us if we clicked the link this and that? Which my husband mentioned he did not explain but he kept insisting he did. He kept saying “I already told you.. I told you” like 3x. Ok like we get it.. if you told us then sure, our fault for not clicking the link. But don’t keep saying it, once is enough and the tone was just plain disrespectful. However, we never went back for valet, there was free parking close by! Valet was about 49$/day. If looking for a pool. Probably not the hotel for you, there was no pool. Other than the mishap, hotel was amazing and receptionist was on point, super friendly!! "

"We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again."

"What a sad change this once beautiful property has undergone. Clearly the company is keeping it only for the land in excellent location. No true handicap access because the parking access is full of holes and crack bumps it’s not safe for cane, walker, or chair. Ice upstairs and no elevator so also ADA noncompliant. The lawn had at least six piles of dog feces aging in long grass. We love that they allow pets but there should be a pet area or bags or maintenance. Dead batteries in the tv remote and there was no staff to bring more without leaving the front desk unattended. One small set of towels for two people. Worst concern was that the room couldn’t be fully secured because the latches on the screen and slider were both broken. The flimsy bar across was easily dislodged with a small amount of jiggling. The good: Bed was comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in the room."

"Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, I’m only giving 4 stars because this is the third time we have stayed at N extended stay and had people next to us keep us up. Loud music, pounding on the walls arguing. I know it’s out of the hotels control but it made it very unpleasant. Outside of that it’s a good spot and close to lots of shopping, food, and things to do"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."
