"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"My room faced the back side of the hotel...Had a very small ocean view from a corner of the balcony. The room was very small but clean and slept on a single bed. The SPA/Gym area and pool were all nice with views of the bacy from every corner. The restaurant was very good and also with lots of local options. Very walkable from main attractions in Santa Margherita."
