"I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay. The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. Adding a few hot breakfast options...

"The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I was on the fourth floor, and the odor was so strong that I had to spray perfume on the pillows. The bathroom was clean, but the room itself was old and dusty, and it looked nothing like the photos. This is definitely a two-star hotel."
