I booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch, but the pullout couch had no sheets and could not be used. When I went to the front desk, I was told they had no extra sheets. "Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...

"The bed was soft and the room was spacious. I only wish they told us that they don’t clean unless we tell them. They also didn’t give us a map/directory of Rio Center which would have made the trip better. I don’t like that they don’t have a pool and the workout room is small. Breakfast was good."
