"Room very nice and clean property cleanliness is “ok”. Tavern chairs and tables had food on them. Inside of elevators very dirty. Outside was beautifully decorated. Staff had a limited knowledge of what time outlets opened and if anybody served, add to go cup of coffee, etc.Room cleanliness excellent"

"I love Holiday Inn. The cleanliness is always consistent and the breakfast is always well stocked with friendly staff on hand. We forgot our pillows this time, and the ones on the room are pretty laughable. Our shower had seen better days as well, with stained floors and oxidation around the shower head. But overall, I’d stay here again and I do recommend!"

The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring granite floors, a granite vanity top, and a granite shower, complemented by old-world style fixtures that added real charm. The bed—an elegant wrought iron frame—was paired with a very comfortable mattress and cozy quilt, making for a perfect night’s rest. Even the lighting stood out, with beautiful table lamps that completed the room’s inviting atmosphere. Considering the exceptional quality, the price was more than fair. It’s competitively priced with hotels in nearby towns, yet the experience could easily rival a 5-star stay in a major city—for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend giving the Union Hotel a try. You won’t regret it one bit. "
