"Great value for the area"

"Property is very outdated, and poorly maintained. The soap tray from the bathroom shower were rusted badly. Rooms had weird smell. Room service dont come in unless requested. Shampoo and conditioner are very little amount given. Ceiling fans from the room look old and rusty. Pool area is very disappointing with how poor maintenance it is given. All the slides leaked water from different sections. Only one slide out of 3 was usable. Kids pool area was full of green substance all over(looked like...

"There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here."

Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. "We stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall it was just okay. The experience met basic expectations, but there is definitely room for improvement. One of the main issues we noticed was that the walls had visible stains, which made the room feel less clean and well-maintained than it should be. "Excellent property"

"I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!"

"This place looks as if drug users book the rooms, use them to do meth, crack, or whatever else type of drug you can think of and then ditch the room. The office was closed and I had to wait like 15 mins standing outside for someone to come and check me in. The paint on the toilet was faded and spotted up as if it had been there for the last 50 years. The room gave me the icks. Overall TERRIBLE experience. "

They give u 1 filthy towel at the front desk charge you $20 deposit for the room key until u bring it back the ceiling is falling apart the walls are dirty and got holes in them. The song is rusty the carpet smelled like mold and smoke. It doesn’t look nothing like the picture they got posted. Shame on the people in charge of this place. "

"The linoleum floor including the bathroom was disgusting and dirty. I had staff coming and clean it but a lot of the stains stayed. It needs a total replacing. Never staying there again. Very dingy and old outside. Would have moved but I prolly would have lost the money for the stay."
