"An excellent hotel with a great location, very good food at the restaurant, and an outstanding breakfast.
However, we did have an unpleasant experience with our room. We were assigned room 201, right next to the elevator and the water machine. Throughout the night, we kept hearing a loud banging noise approximately every hour, which disturbed our sleep.
We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it. We also requested a late checkout as a courtesy...

No pudimos dormir bien.

"This is a nice hotel. Good value for the price. Located in Roma Norte. Walking distance to several shops, restaurants and trendy places. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. The only complaint I have is the noise from the street. If you need a quiet place to rest, this is not it. The traffic is very loud all night. CDMX is a city that never sleeps and you won’t either. Other than that, it is lovely."
