"Brilliant gem of a hotel that we return to each year"

"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

Para mejorar destacamos: no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de agua que no es eficaz y hace mucho ruido, deberían poner por lo menos un ventilador de techo o de pie silencioso. Las ventanas deberían tener mosquiteras, y los amenities (jabón, champú, etc) eran escasos y de mala calidad. El desayuno muy pobre (tostada bimbo y café).
