"The room was sufficient, but a bit small. The lift worked but was very small—only 1 person at a time. The location was excellent, in the middle of everything and very walkable. It would have been nice to have ice available, but the 24 hour pizza stop just down the street is happy to sell some. "The place was as in the photos, quite clean and staff replied quickly via there messenger or whatsapp, when you message them, as there is nobody in the building. There isn't actually bottled water in the room, but is a water dispenser in the hallway. The main negative was they are very strict about not having anyone in the room other than the registered guests, so couldn't have any of my friends I have in Madrid over for a drink or catch up :("

"The best about this property was location and bed. Air conditioning was not powerful enough. Smart TV wasn’t connecting to streaming services as promised. Bathroom shower seal around needs redoing it does looks like child put it on plus was a bit moldy. Front door wasn’t responding to the code we have type in and we could only relay on someone coming in and out. "

"O quarto não estava nas melhores condições de higiene e o cheiro das roupas de cama, do quarto em si, estava super forte. O banheiro estava com o lixo completamente cheio, só foi trocado 1x por dia e também tinha um cheiro ruim forte. "Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
