From the shuttle that picked me up when I arrived ( shout out to Zoe the driver , she was super nice and very friendly) the room was very nice , the welcoming package in the room was super nice and not expected at all ) a small bottle of red wine, chips, chocolate and 2 bottle of waters ) as well as free breakfast from 7 to 10am. "I stayed for 7 days in a villa. The rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen and throws your thrash out. I lost some items after checking out and tried contacting the hotel via email and their contact us page and even via message on Expedia. There was practically no answer. Their counter only has one staff present and I am wondering if there is any customer service at all. Any hotel I stayed in all around the world would ask what I want to do with any items left behind."
