"There are no rooms that are accessible for handicapped people. The stairs have a handrail on only one side with no elevator and no ground floor rooms. When I asked about how I would be able to get my bags and myself upstairs to my room, the desk clerk commented rather snidely that I should look for a different hotel. Not the slightest sign of sympathy or offer of assistance. The hotel is over 100 years old and it shows its age… not in a good way."

Pool hours are very inconvenient should be from dawn until midnight for people who like a morning swim or a late night swim(especially when the desk is manned by staff). My rooms thermostat was broken. I noticed it after returning from a short trip to get food. I set it to 68F and it was at 98F when I returned 4 hours later.
