"The hotel was somewhere to stay for the night. Basic, but clean with necessary amenities.
The location was a challenge to find on a busy road, but a call to the staff provided a courteous and helpful set of directions, with one outside to guide me into the parking space.
En~suite toilet and shower, TV and tea making facilities.
Good value for money if you are looking for a cheap and simple place to stay."

"Returning to this historic hotel for a third visit was just as enjoyable as ever. Although my room was smaller this time, it was still beautifully maintained and very comfortable. I was especially grateful to be allowed an early check-in at no extra cost, which made my trip even more relaxing.
The food remains outstanding, and the staff continue to provide a genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful service throughout. I was in Whitehaven for an event over the early May bank holiday weekend, but...
