"This is a 2-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and it was difficult to get a smile when asking for assistance. My request for room service was denied due to them being very busy. This two-story hotel lacks an escalator, which would be helpful for guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms are quite small, and the sink is located outside the main bathroom area. "Never been asked to pay $25 to check in early. Dunno if that’s a new thing but we didn’t pay it (and never will)! Walls and floors must be very thin based upon the amount of noise we heard from above and next door. Can’t complain about cleanliness. Continental breakfast was mostly non existent. Looked like they put food out when it opened and never came back to refill. Saw numerous people looking for someone at front desk but nobody was around. Not very impressed."
