"During my check in process the front desk attendant was on ft with speaker phone on having a full blown conversation about n another language and didn’t stop her conversation to check me in, during the check in process she told me an amt to be held on my credit card but the when I went to approve the transaction it was a different amt ( it was less than what she told me so I’d didn’t even bother to interrupt her convo to tell her). My room was good loved the size how ever the toilet kept making...

"I’ve stayed here several times and this was my first not so good experience. The generator outside my room woke me up for a couple hours during the night. Realized there was no shampoo in the bottle in the midst of my shower; requested shampoo from front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring me a bottle. "

"The pool was cold as it took a while to heat up after they said it was fixed the week before. We also asked to get our sheets changed and didnt look like they did it. Also had to ask for toilet paper since they didnt leave any. Not great stay"

The suite I was in had a crew working on the suite above so all I heard was lots of noise from banging to stomping. "

"Amenities on site it says it has a pool and it don’t I traveled with 3 children that was expecting to swim but couldn’t so we paid for a room we didn’t stay at because the kids wanted to swim! Please fix it on site I wasted money to make sure my kids were happy. "

"The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good, the utensils are good, the building is a bit of a problem. It smells bad of marijuana and cigarettes; they smoke in the rooms, because you can smell the bad odor in the hallways and the elevator. The parking is accessible."
