"The shower had black mold in the grout so that was a no go. The room had a mildew/moldy smell that someone tried to cover with incense. The “free breakfast” didn’t exist and the place as a whole smelled of weed, incense, and mold. Do not waste your money here truly it is disappointment after disappointment."

"Very central to a lot of areas in Dallas but overall I’m very disappointed in this hotel. The staff was very kind and allowed us to have a late check out. But the pictures online were VERY deceitful. Roaches everywhere, the door to the closet missing, shower had cracks and soap holder missing from it, cough had so many unknown stains, dirty towels and bedsheets (even after the room was being cleaned). Don’t even get me started on that it was horrible there was even hair still in the sink. The shower was not pleasing at all you would have needed shower shoes to take a shower. "This place is disgusting. Crawling with roaches. They have the audacity to claim it a "non-smoking motel". Cigarette holes in the bedding and mattress. Our toilet hardly worked. The microwave barely worked. We left the room with some cereal on the floor we couldn't sweep up with no broom but not all over the floor.
